The Festival Finale
The top submissions will be shown at the Shorttakes Festival Finale, which will take place on the evening of Tuesday, May 25th in UCLA's Ackerman Grand Ballroom. Mark your calendars!
The evening will consist of screenings of the top animated and live-action finalist films, as well as raffles, door prizes, awards ceremony, and a special filmmaker reception with snacks afterwards.
Date: Tuesday, May 25th, 2010
Location: Ackerman Grand Ballroom at UCLA (308 Westwood Plaza, Los Angeles, CA 90024)
When: Doors open at 7pm, program begins promptly at 7:30pm
Directions: Enter UCLA's campus by coming north on Westwood Boulevard. The closest parking can be found in Lot 6 (second entrance on the right once you go around the turn-around). When paying for parking, the program is expected to last until 10:30-11:30pm depending on the length of the reception afterwards. The Festival Finale will take place in Ackerman Grand Ballroom, which can be found on the 2nd level of Ackerman Student Union." [ UCLA Campus Map (pdf) ]
